Islamabad: President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif have issued statements condemning a recent attack on judicial officials near Mastung, where Session Judge Abdul Hakim Kakar and Judicial Magistrate Tariq Lashari were targeted.

According to Radio Pakistan, the President and Prime Minister conveyed their sorrow over the deaths of Session Judge Abdul Hakim Kakar and his security personnel during the incident. They offered condolences to the families of the deceased and expressed their hopes for the quick recovery of Judicial Magistrate Tariq Lashari and others injured.

President Zardari reiterated the commitment to honor the sacrifices of those who lost their lives, emphasizing that efforts to combat terrorism will persist. Prime Minister Sharif echoed these sentiments, pledging the government’s determination to eradicate terrorism in all its manifestations across the nation.
