Karachi: Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif has ordered a significant increase in search and rescue operations following the disappearance of a private cargo aircraft that crashed into the Arabian Sea. The aircraft was en route from Sharjah to Karachi when the incident occurred, resulting in the loss of contact with the five crew members on board.
According to Radio Pakistan, the Prime Minister’s Office released a statement expressing profound grief over the incident and extended condolences to the families of the crew members. In response to the tragedy, the Prime Minister has instructed the Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority, Pakistan Navy, and Pakistan Air Force to enhance their search efforts and make full use of all available resources to locate the missing aircraft and its crew.
