Moscow: A ceremony was held at the Embassy of Pakistan in Moscow to commemorate the first anniversary of Maarka-e-Haq (The Battle of Truth), symbolizing Pakistan’s unity, resilience, and commitment to regional stability.

According to Press Information Department, the Ambassador of Pakistan to the Russian Federation, H.E. Mr. Faisal Niaz Tirmizi, addressed the gathering, describing Pakistan’s response during Operation Bunyan-un-Marsoos to Indian aggression one year ago as measured, lawful, and in accordance with international law. The Ambassador emphasized the coordination among political and military leadership, public support, and the resolve of the Pakistan Armed Forces to protect national sovereignty and territorial integrity.

Members of the Pakistani diaspora in Russia also spoke at the event, expressing national unity and solidarity. They appreciated the Civil Leadership and Pakistan Armed Forces, highlighting the role of diplomacy in ensuring regional peace and security. Attendees reaffirmed their confidence in Pakistan’s leadership and their commitment to the nation’s progress and prosperity.

The ceremony concluded with a documentary screening that chronicled the events of Operation Bunyan-un-Marsoos.
