Vienna: Pakistan’s approach to combatting illegal migration has been recognized as a model for the international community, according to Talal Chaudhry, the Minister of State for Interior. During his address at the high-level meeting of the Global Alliance to Counter Migrant Smuggling held in Vienna, Austria, Chaudhry emphasized that illegal migration is a global challenge necessitating a coordinated international response.
According to Radio Pakistan, Chaudhry highlighted the importance of promoting safe, orderly, and legal migration to effectively tackle the issue of illegal migration. The European Union acknowledged Pakistan’s effective measures in this area, while participants at the Global Alliance meeting commended the efforts of Pakistan’s Federal Investigation Agency in combating illegal migration.
