ISLAMABAD: Pakistan’s Prime Minister, Shehbaz Sharif, met with Azerbaijan’s Justice Minister, Farid Turab Oglu Ahmado, marking a significant step in the strengthening relationship between the two nations. During their meeting, the leaders highlighted the growing ties and ongoing collaborations in legal and judicial fields.
According to Radio Pakistan, the Prime Minister extended a warm welcome to Minister Ahmado, emphasizing the brotherly relationship between Pakistan and Azerbaijan. He conveyed his greetings to Azerbaijan’s President, Ilham Aliyev, and reflected on their recent telephone conversation. The Azerbaijani Minister, in turn, expressed gratitude for the hospitality received and discussed the active joint efforts to enhance mutual legal assistance and judicial capacity building.
Prime Minister Sharif acknowledged the collaborative efforts and expressed his eagerness to meet President Aliyev, aiming to continue the bilateral cooperation across various sectors.
