Islamabad: Pakistan has emerged as a significant regional stabilizer, with the United States recognizing the country as a crucial partner in counter-terrorism initiatives. This development was highlighted during a briefing to a US Senate committee by Admiral Brad Cooper, the Chief of US Central Command.

According to Radio Pakistan, Admiral Cooper described Pakistan as a trusted ally in combating terrorism, particularly emphasizing its role in addressing threats posed by ISIS-Khorasan in the region. He noted that the military partnership between the United States and Pakistan has produced concrete results in countering terrorism.
