Pakistan Railways Launches Special Eid-ul-Azha Trains to Manage Passenger Rush

Karachi: Pakistan Railways has commenced the operation of special trains in anticipation of the Eid-ul-Azha festival, aiming to accommodate the surge of travelers heading to their hometowns. The inaugural special train departed from Karachi Cantt Station bound for Rawalpindi, transporting over 700 passengers.

According to Radio Pakistan, railway authorities have reported an increased demand for travel as Eid approaches, prompting them to augment the number of coaches on regular train services. This measure intends to manage the heightened passenger traffic effectively and ensure that travelers reach their destinations in a timely manner.
