PARIS: Pakistan will maintain its political and diplomatic support for Kashmiris, Ambassador Mumtaz Zahra Baloch stated during an event at the Pakistani Embassy in Paris. Speaking at the Kashmir Black Day commemoration, she emphasized the country’s commitment to the Kashmiri cause.
According to Radio Pakistan, Ambassador Baloch highlighted that achieving lasting peace in South Asia is dependent on the peaceful resolution of the Jammu and Kashmir issue. This resolution should align with United Nations Security Council resolutions and reflect the aspirations of the Kashmiri people.
Speakers at the event condemned actions by Indian forces, citing violations of human rights and international humanitarian law against Kashmiris.
