Charge d’ Affaires Mr. Saad Ahmad Warraich led the proceedings, hoisting the national flag and reiterating the messages of Pakistan’s President and Prime Minister, emphasizing the foundational sacrifices and the enduring vision of prosperity in line with the country’s founding fathers.
According to Press Information Department, the commemoration featured reflections on the historical struggle led by the Quaid-i-Azam for Pakistan’s independence, which was fueled by the sacrifices of countless individuals across the subcontinent. Mr. Warraich underscored the importance of continuing efforts towards national development and prosperity, honoring the legacy of those who laid down their lives for the cause.
