Pakistan National Day Celebrated in Tehran with Cultural Showcase and Diplomatic Affirmation


Tehran, In a vibrant ceremony held at Pakistan House, the Ambassador of Pakistan to Iran, H.E. Mr. Muhammad Mudassir Tipu, marked Pakistan National Day with the Pakistani community, featuring flag-hoisting, national anthems, and a cultural exhibition. The event underscored the deep-rooted bilateral relations between Pakistan and Iran, focusing on shared regional perspectives and economic collaborations.



According to Press Information Department, the celebration commenced with the recitation from the Holy Quran and was followed by the national anthems of both nations. Ambassador Tipu, addressing the attendees, underscored the significance of the day and elaborated on the enduring support and mutual understanding between Pakistan and Iran on various regional and international matters. The occasion was also used to convey the messages of the President and Prime Minister of Pakistan, highlighting the country’s commitment to fostering stronger ties with Iran.



A notable highlight of the event was the inauguration of a photo exhibition by Ambassador Tipu at Burj Azadi (Azadi Tower), featuring a vast collection of photographs that illustrate Pakistan’s rich cultural heritage, tourist destinations, and historic monuments. This exhibition served not only as a testament to the historical and cultural connections that bind Pakistan and Iran but also as a platform to showcase Pakistan’s unique landscapes and cultural diversity to the Iranian audience.
