Islamabad: The Pakistan Minerals Investment Forum 2025, orchestrated by the special investment facilitation council, has emerged as a pivotal event in the country’s mineral sector landscape. The forum successfully attracted international investors, highlighting the mineral wealth of Pakistan and spurring interest in joint ventures with local enterprises.
At the forum, several foreign companies acknowledged the platform as an ideal venue for exploring investment opportunities. Robert Wilson, an officer from a geophysics expert company, emphasized the abundant reserves of copper, gold, and other minerals in Pakistan. He underscored the timeliness of investing in the region’s mineral sector.
Sayed Ali Gilani, from Himalayan earth exploration, hailed the initiative by the special investment facilitation council and the ministry of petroleum as vital for foreign investors. He noted the forum’s role in providing a valuable opportunity to engage with Pakistan’s mineral potential.
A representative from global core highlighted the forum’s effectiveness in facilitating collaboration between investors and companies, describing it as a perfect setting for establishing partnerships.
