Pakistan-Iran Parliamentary Friendship Group Condemns Israeli Aggression in Gaza and Lebanon

Islamabad: Syed Naveed Qamar, MNA and Convener of the Pakistan-Iran Parliamentary Friendship Group, met with Iranian Ambassador Dr. Reza Amiri Moghadam at the Iranian Embassy in Islamabad to discuss regional issues and bilateral cooperation. Qamar condemned Israel’s military actions in Gaza and Lebanon, calling them a violation of international law and a threat to regional peace.

According to National Assembly of Pakistan, Qamar expressed solidarity with Lebanon and emphasized Pakistan’s support for the country’s sovereignty. He urged the international community to hold Israel accountable for its acts of aggression and genocide. The meeting also focused on enhancing cooperation between Pakistan and Iran, with both sides reaffirming their commitment to strengthening ties through parliamentary friendship groups.

The Iranian Ambassador thanked Qamar for his remarks and expressed his dedication to promoting bilateral relations. Both leaders condemned Israel’s actions and discussed further cooperation between the two countries.
