Islamabad: Pakistan’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister, Mohammad Ishaq Dar, emphasized the importance of bolstering bilateral relations with Sri Lanka, focusing on collaboration across various sectors.
According to Radio Pakistan, his remarks came during a meeting with a delegation from the National Defence College of Sri Lanka, which is on a foreign study tour in Pakistan. The meeting, held at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Islamabad, included a briefing on Pakistan’s foreign policy and regional challenges.
Deputy Prime Minister Dar extended a warm welcome to the Sri Lankan delegation, expressing his hopes for their productive visit and enjoyable stay in Pakistan.
