ISLAMABAD: Pakistan and Egypt have reiterated their unwavering support for Saudi Arabia’s sovereignty, territorial integrity, and security. This declaration was made during a recent telephone conversation between Pakistan’s Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar and Egypt’s Foreign Minister Dr. Badr Abdelatty.
According to Radio Pakistan, the two leaders exchanged views on the latest regional developments and expressed strong condemnation of the Houthi attacks targeting Saudi Arabia. The discussion highlighted the importance of cooperation under the R-4 framework, which includes Pakistan, Egypt, Türkiye, and Saudi Arabia. Both officials expressed eagerness for the upcoming R-4 meeting, aiming to enhance mutual ties and coordinate on pressing regional issues.
