Beirut: Pakistan has strongly condemned an attack on a convoy of the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL) in Beirut that left several peacekeepers injured.
According to a statement by Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, a Foreign Office spokesperson highlighted that attacks on UN peacekeepers, often referred to as “blue helmets,” constitute flagrant violations of international law. The spokesperson emphasized the necessity for accountability in such incidents.
