Islamabad: The Pakistan Army has unveiled a teaser for its notable operation on the Afghan border, “Fatah Ki Daastan, Jurrat Kay Nishan.” The operation, which took place from April 25 to 27 last year, targeted a large group of Khawarij that was allegedly planning attacks on Pakistan with Indian support.
According to Radio Pakistan, the operation resulted in the elimination of 71 terrorists from the largest formation of Khawarij, who had attempted to breach the Durand Line by cutting through the fencing. The Pakistan Army reportedly thwarted this infiltration with advanced surveillance technology, drones, and ground operations.
The operation, which involved a small number of Pakistan Army personnel, was executed with precision, leading to the safe return of the soldiers involved. The military’s efforts are captured in the teaser, highlighting the strategic and tactical measures taken to counter the threat.
