Pakistan and US Engage in Talks on Regional Peace Efforts

Islamabad: In a meeting focused on recent regional developments, Pakistan’s Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar and US Chargé d’Affaires Natalie Baker discussed the importance of dialogue and diplomacy as essential tools for achieving sustainable peace and stability in the region. During their discussions in Islamabad, Dar highlighted Pakistan’s commitment to fostering diplomatic engagements and urged both the United States and Iran to consider extending the current ceasefire to facilitate further dialogue.

According to Radio Pakistan, Baker expressed the United States’ appreciation for Pakistan’s constructive role in promoting regional peace and its efforts in facilitating dialogue.
