Pakistan and UAE Forge Closer Ties with High-Level Talks


Abu Dhabi: Pakistan and the United Arab Emirates have committed to strengthening their bilateral relationship through regular high-level meetings and consultations, focusing on both regional and international issues of shared concern.



According to a statement by Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, this agreement was reached during a meeting in Abu Dhabi between Pakistan’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister, Mohammad Ishaq Dar, and his UAE counterpart, Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan. The discussions aimed at bolstering the longstanding ties between the two nations.



The leaders explored opportunities to enhance cooperation in several key sectors such as trade, investment, energy, defense, and people-to-people connections. Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan emphasized the UAE’s commitment to strengthening its strategic partnership with Pakistan.



He also acknowledged Pakistan’s contributions to regional stability and expressed appreciation for the role of the Pakistani community in the UAE’s development.
