Rabat: Pakistan and Morocco have reached an agreement to strengthen their agricultural partnership, focusing on enhanced coordination and collaboration in agricultural trade, livestock development, and technical expertise exchange. The agreement was made during a meeting between Pakistan’s Minister for National Food Security and Research Rana Tanveer Hussain and Morocco’s Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries, Rural Development and Forests Ahmed El Bouari.

According to Radio Pakistan, the meeting took place in a constructive atmosphere, reflecting the longstanding relations between the two countries. The ministers reviewed the current bilateral cooperation in agriculture and food security, agreeing to explore opportunities for further collaboration. An invitation was extended by Hussain to El Bouari for an official visit to Pakistan, which was positively received.

Both ministers expressed confidence that such high-level exchanges would strengthen bilateral ties and foster mutually beneficial cooperation in the agricultural sector.
