Baku: Pakistan and Azerbaijan have confirmed their commitment to boosting bilateral cooperation in the areas of law, justice, and judicial reforms. This was articulated during a high-level meeting between the Minister of State for Law and Justice of Pakistan, Barrister Aqeel Malik, and Azerbaijan’s Minister of Justice, Farid Ahmadov, held in Baku.
According to Radio Pakistan, the meeting took place on the sidelines of the Executive Judicial Training Programme, titled “The Judicial Craft.” This program is currently being conducted in Baku under the Memorandum of Cooperation signed between the Ministries of Justice of Pakistan and Azerbaijan. The discussions underscored the importance both nations place on strengthening ties within the justice sector, aiming to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of their respective judicial systems.
