Pakistan Advances in Agriculture and Livestock Sectors Through Green Initiative

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan is making strides in agricultural development and livestock projects through the Green Pakistan Initiative, focusing on modern genetic technology and corporate farming to boost the sectors.

According to Radio Pakistan, the initiative is facilitating advancements in agriculture and livestock by leveraging contemporary technology. CEO of DayZee Private Limited, Professor Dr. Danish Saleheen, highlighted that the use of modern genetic technology is expected to accelerate growth in the country’s milk and meat industry.

Dr. Saleheen further detailed that DayZee Private Limited is overseeing projects that span over 6,500 acres. These projects utilize IVF technology and embryos from modern breeds to supply high-quality animals to farmers at a low cost. This approach aims to enhance farmers’ income, fortify the national economy, and contribute to Pakistan’s overall development.
