Pak-China Pharmaceutical and Healthcare Investment Conference Set to Begin in Islamabad


ISLAMABAD: The Pakistan-China Pharmaceutical and Healthcare B2B Investment Conference is poised to commence in Islamabad, aiming to bolster investment and industrial collaboration between the two countries. The two-day event, starting on the 17th of this month, is a concerted effort by the Special Investment Facilitation Council (SIFC), the Ministry of National Health Services, and the Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan.



According to Radio Pakistan, the conference seeks to enhance cooperation through investment, technology transfer, and industrial partnerships in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, and biotechnology sectors. The event will feature business-to-business meetings, networking opportunities, and dedicated investment sessions to facilitate interactions between companies from Pakistan and China.



Organizers anticipate that the conference will not only strengthen bilateral relations but also contribute to the modernization of Pakistan’s healthcare system and improve the competitiveness of its pharmaceutical industry. With support from the SIFC, new opportunities are emerging for advanced technology, investment, and industrial collaboration within Pakistan’s healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors.
