NEPRA Reduces Electricity Tariff by 77 Paisa Per Unit for Consumers

Islamabad: The National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (NEPRA) has declared a reduction of 77 paisa per unit in the electricity tariff under the monthly fuel adjustment, providing relief to power consumers in their current month’s bills.

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, the adjustment reflects a decrease in the per unit fuel price adjustment from 3.33 rupees in July to 2.56 rupees for the current month. This change is part of NEPRA’s ongoing efforts to regulate electricity pricing and alleviate the financial burden on consumers.
