Srinagar: National Conference leader and spokesperson, Tanvir Sadiq, has stated that the party may resort to Plan B and Plan C if the statehood of Jammu and Kashmir is not reinstated.
According to a statement by Kashmir Media Service, Sadiq expressed hope during a press interaction in Srinagar that the restoration of Jammu and Kashmir’s statehood could occur soon. He conveyed optimism that the Indian government would address the issue in the coming months.
Sadiq highlighted the administrative challenges posed by the dual power structure currently in place in Jammu and Kashmir. He emphasized the importance of respecting the significant mandate given by the people in the Assembly elections.
