Pasrur: The Minister for Planning and Development, Ahsan Iqbal, emphasized the enduring gratitude of the nation towards its martyrs during a visit to Pasrur. He paid tribute to those who sacrificed their lives in Marka-e-Haq, asserting that their contributions to the country will always be remembered.
According to Radio Pakistan, Iqbal visited the residence of Shaheed Muhammad Qadir, a martyr of Marka-e-Haq, and expressed that the entire nation takes pride in those who laid down their lives for the homeland. He stated that the government salutes all who made the ultimate sacrifice in this battle.
In addition to his visit to Shaheed Muhammad Qadir’s residence, Iqbal also visited the home of 19-year-old martyr Farhan Sohail in Pasrur, offering his condolences and support to the bereaved families. He remarked on the Pakistan Army’s significant role in enhancing the country’s defense capabilities on a global scale.
