Naqvi Urges Global Cooperation to Combat Terrorism and Drug Trafficking


New York: Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi has called for international collaboration to address the shared challenges of terrorism, organized crime, drug trafficking, and human smuggling.



According to Radio Pakistan, Naqvi made these remarks while speaking at the United Nations Chiefs of Police Summit in New York. He emphasized the global nature of these issues, stating that no country is immune and no nation can tackle them in isolation. Naqvi highlighted the importance of collective efforts and the exchange of experiences as vital strategies in countering these threats.



The Interior Minister also advocated for the strengthening of partnerships among law enforcement agencies worldwide. He stressed the need for utilizing modern technology to effectively prevent crimes, underscoring the role of innovation in enhancing security measures.
