Islamabad: Speaker of the National Assembly Sardar Ayaz Sadiq paid tribute to the renowned philanthropist Abdul Sattar Edhi on his 10th death anniversary, highlighting his enduring influence as a symbol of compassion and humanitarian service.

According to National Assembly of Pakistan, Sadiq emphasized Edhi’s lifelong dedication to serving humanity, irrespective of race, religion, ethnicity, or social status. He praised Edhi’s unparalleled commitment to the welfare of the underprivileged, the sick, and the destitute, noting that Edhi’s example of generosity and public service continues to inspire people worldwide.

Sardar Ayaz Sadiq remarked that Edhi’s contributions have secured him a lasting place in the hearts of the nation and that his humanitarian legacy remains a beacon of hope for current and future generations.
