Islamabad: Speaker of the National Assembly, Sardar Ayaz Sadiq, has expressed his sorrow over the death of Member of the National Assembly Malik Muhammad Iqbal. In a message of condolence, Sadiq extended his sympathies to the bereaved family, particularly to Malik Iqbal’s son, Deputy Speaker of the Punjab Assembly Malik Zaheer Iqbal Channar.
According to National Assembly of Pakistan, Sadiq emphasized the profound impact of a father’s death, acknowledging the deep loss faced by Malik Zaheer Iqbal Channar and his family. He offered prayers for patience and resilience for the family during this challenging time.
Sardar Ayaz Sadiq praised Malik Muhammad Iqbal’s dedication to public service, highlighting his commitment to serving citizens throughout his political career. He commended Iqbal’s contributions to national politics and the enhancement of democratic practices. Sadiq remarked that the parliamentary and public services provided by Malik Muhammad Iqbal would be remembered, noting his active role in Parliament.
