Islamabad, February 14, 2023 (PPI-OT):Ms. Zeb Jaffar, MNA and Parliamentary Secretary on Federal Education and Professional Training Division, held a meeting with the Ambassador of the Syrian Arab Republic, H.E. Ramez Alraee, today at the embassy of Syria in Islamabad and offered her heartfelt condolences to the Syrian brothers and sisters in this hour of grief. In a show of solidarity, Ms. Zeb Jaffar recorded her thoughts in the condolence book at the embassy. She prayed for the departed souls to rest in peace and for the grant of patience to the bereaved families.
She mentioned that the government and people of Pakistan had received the news of a massive earthquake with deep sorrow, Ms. Zeb Jaffar, MNA also briefed the Ambassador of Syria for provision of assistance for the orphans and single mothers from various organizations. She mentioned that her meeting would not only convey condolence to the brotherly people of Syria in this difficult time, but also to provide an opportunity to help them in order to mitigate their sufferings. The Syrian Ambassador, while thanking Ms. Zeb Jaffar expressed his gratitude for the support and condolences from the government and people of Pakistan.
