Lahore: A meeting to finalize the design and layout of the Approved Social Welfare Department Policy Document took place today under the chairmanship of Dr. Shahinshah Faisal Azim, Director General of Social Welfare and Bait-ul-Maal, Punjab.

According to Directorate General Public Relation – Govt of Punjab, the meeting was attended by departmental directors, including those from administration, planning and evaluation, Sanatzar, community rehabilitation, and non-governmental organizations, as well as other relevant officers. The gathering focused on the design prepared by UNICEF, conducting an in-depth review of the draft Social Welfare Policy. Proofreading was undertaken to identify typographical errors, formatting issues, and design layout concerns, with necessary corrections suggested.

Dr. Shahinshah Faisal Azim underscored the importance of the Social Welfare Policy as a significant document and stressed the need for high-quality presentation. He instructed the concerned wing to integrate all observations and ensure the document meets international standards before printing. Coordination with UNICEF was emphasized to finalize the corrected version promptly for official launch.
