Lloyd’s Market Association Removes Pakistan from War Risk Insurance List


Karachi: Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar has expressed approval of the recent decision by the Lloyd’s Market Association’s Joint War Committee to remove Pakistan from its war risk insurance list. This move, he stated, marks a significant step forward in terms of international confidence in the nation.



According to Radio Pakistan, Dar shared his views on the matter via a post on his X handle, emphasizing that this development is anticipated to reduce shipping and insurance expenses. The change is also expected to facilitate trade and bolster Pakistan’s economic growth.
