Kashmiri Women Rally in Muzaffarabad Against Indian Actions on Women’s Day


Muzaffarabad: A protest rally was held in Muzaffarabad on International Women’s Day, drawing attention to the conditions faced by women in Indian-administered Jammu and Kashmir.



According to Kashmir Media Service, the protest was organized by Pasban-e-Hurriyat Jammu and Kashmir. The event saw hundreds of women, girls, and other participants assembling to voice their opposition to what they described as Indian atrocities against Kashmiri women. Participants waved black flags and chanted slogans critical of India.



Demonstrators carried banners and placards demanding the release of Kashmiri women reportedly detained in Indian jails. The protest highlighted ongoing concerns and called for international attention to the issue.
