ISLAMABAD: Islamabad Traffic Police (ITP) successfully managed traffic flow during the 9th and 10th of Muharram, following directives from Inspector General of Police Islamabad, Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi.
According to Islamabad Capital Police, a comprehensive traffic plan was executed by over 500 ITP officers at key locations throughout the city to ensure smooth vehicular movement during religious gatherings and processions. This initiative was designed to prevent any inconvenience for commuters.
Chief Traffic Officer Islamabad, Kainat Azhar Khan, stated that ITP is committed to maintaining an efficient traffic system in the capital, utilizing all available resources to facilitate travel for residents. The public acknowledged the police efforts, praising the seamless traffic management and the visible presence of officers.
Khan also commended the ITP personnel for their dedication and urged them to continue their professional service.
