Islamabad: In a comprehensive review of security arrangements across the city, DIG Islamabad Muhammad Jawad Tariq, accompanied by SSP Operation Qazi Ali Raza, conducted visits to multiple areas within the district to assess the current measures in place.

According to Islamabad Capital Police, the officials engaged with police officers stationed throughout the city, stressing the critical role of maintaining public safety. They also expressed appreciation for the officers and personnel for their commitment to duty at various security checkpoints.

During the visit, DIG Islamabad highlighted that special security provisions have been implemented for masjids and imambargahs during the holy month of Ramadan. He reiterated that the Islamabad police are diligently working to safeguard the lives and property of the citizens, utilizing all available resources to maintain law and order in the federal capital. He assured that no disruptions to the peace of the citizens would be tolerated.
