Islamabad Police Recruitment 2026 Undergoes Strict Oversight by Senior Officials


Islamabad: The Islamabad Police Recruitment 2026 process is proceeding under the close supervision of senior officers to ensure adherence to strict standards and impartiality.



According to Islamabad Capital Police, Deputy Inspector General (DIG) Headquarters Muhammad Jawad Tariq, DIG Security Rana Umar Farooq, and other senior police officials visited multiple test centers to assess the various stages of the recruitment process. This included a thorough review of physical and running tests, candidate screening, security arrangements, and overall discipline.



The senior officers have instructed officials to conduct every stage of the recruitment process with impartiality and transparency, following the prescribed rules and procedures. They emphasized providing equal opportunities to all candidates. Acting on special directives from the Inspector General of Police (IGP) Islamabad, senior police officials have remained present at test centers in different cities to ensure the process is organized, transparent, and uninterrupted.



Comprehensive arrangements have been established for candidates’ convenience, including shaded tents, clean drinking water, medical assistance, waiting areas, and effective security measures to maintain a safe environment. The senior police officials reiterated that only candidates who are competent, capable, physically fit, and professionally qualified would be selected on merit. They stressed that no recommendations, undue influence, or unlawful interference would be tolerated, further emphasizing that a transparent and merit-based recruitment process is essential for building a strong and professional police force.
