Islamabad Police Khidmat Markaz Issues Over 78,000 Police Verification Certificates

Islamabad, The Police Khidmat Markaz of Islamabad Capital Police has issued 78,150 General Police verification certificates this year, providing essential services to the citizens. The Markaz facilitates various services, including the issuance of character certificates and registration of foreigners, tenants, and domestic servants.

According to The Islamabad Capital Police, reported that the Khidmat Markaz received 78,377 applications for general police verification certificates during the ongoing year. Of these, 78,150 certificates were issued after thorough verification by the concerned police stations, and the remaining applications are still being processed.

Applicants seeking general police verification certificates are required to present their original CNICs. Those without an Islamabad address on their CNIC must provide residential proof or a rental agreement. To further facilitate citizens, the police have also deployed a mobile facilitation van service. Additionally, Khidmat Markaz centers in various areas, including sectors F-6, G-10/4, H-11, Bani Gala, Swan Garden, Khanna, and at different police stations, are operational to assist citizens.

ICCPO Dr. Akbar Nasir Khan highlighted the appointment of well-trained staff at these centers, who are dedicated to providing the best services to both Pakistani nationals and foreigners. These initiatives aim to enhance public trust in the police force.
