ISLAMABAD: Islamabad Police executed extensive security and traffic plans during Easter celebrations, ensuring safety and order for the Christian community.
According to Islamabad Capital Police, under the directives of Inspector General of Police Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi, over 2,000 officers were deployed to secure churches and residential areas. Traffic arrangements were also put in place for smooth vehicular movement. Senior officers monitored these efforts, emphasizing vigilance and respect for worshippers. Priority was given to protecting minority rights and maintaining public security.
