Islamabad, In a significant operation, the Islamabad Capital Police’s Shahzad town team apprehended two key members of a motorbike lifter gang, recovering four stolen motorbikes and various spare parts. This action is part of an intensified effort to curb criminal activities in the city.
According to Islamabad Capital Police, the arrested individuals, identified as Abdul Jabber and Amjad, were involved in a series of bike thefts. The police utilized a combination of technical and human intelligence to track down these suspects, leading to their arrest and the recovery of stolen property. The authorities have registered cases against the accused, with further investigation ongoing to dismantle the criminal network.
The police are calling on citizens to assist in these efforts by reporting suspicious activities through the emergency helpline “Pucar-15” or the “ICT-15” mobile application, aiming to maintain law and order and ensure public safety.
