Islamabad Police Arrest 11 Outlaws, Seize Drugs and Weapons

Islamabad, The Islamabad Capital Police have arrested 11 outlaws in various areas of the city over the past 24 hours, seizing drugs, weapons, and ammunition. This operation is part of a larger crackdown against criminal activities, aiming to eliminate crime in Islamabad.

According to the Islamabad Capital Police, the arrests and seizures were made following the directives of the Islamabad Capital City Police Officer (ICCPO) Dr. Akbar Nasir Khan. The police teams from different zones conducted these operations, leading to significant confiscations. One individual was arrested for illegally selling petrol, while others were apprehended with hashish, liquor, a dagger, pistols, and an SMG gun. The police have registered cases against the arrested individuals, and investigations are ongoing.

ICCPO Dr. Akbar Nasir Khan has directed the police force to intensify their efforts against criminal elements, emphasizing the importance of citizen safety and security. He stated that there would be no tolerance for laxity in ensuring the public’s safety.
