New York: Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar and Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodríguez Parrilla met on the sidelines of the United Nations Security Council Open Debate in New York, where they pledged to strengthen the relationship between Pakistan and Cuba and to explore new areas for mutual cooperation.
According to Radio Pakistan, the officials discussed regional developments and emphasized their dedication to enhancing bilateral relations. Ishaq Dar expressed gratitude for Cuba’s support following Pakistan’s 2005 earthquake, while Bruno Parrilla acknowledged Pakistan’s solidarity during natural disasters in Cuba. Both leaders agreed to continue their efforts in deepening the partnership between their nations, aiming for mutually beneficial outcomes for their citizens.
