Inspector General of Punjab Police Honors Fallen Officers in 10th Anniversary Tribute


RAJANPUR: Inspector General of Police Punjab Abdul Kareem commemorated the 10th anniversary of the police martyrs who lost their lives during the Rajanpur Katcha Operation. Abdul Kareem emphasized that the sacrifices of these officers, who died in the line of duty, are a source of national pride and will be eternally honored.



According to Punjab Police, the operation in 2016 led to the deaths of six officers and personnel during an encounter with the Chotu Gang. The fallen officers included Sub-Inspector Muhammad Hanif, Head Constable Muhammad Ajmal, and Constables Ubaidullah Faheem, Muhammad Tariq, Amanullah, and Muhammad Shakeel. Abdul Kareem reiterated the commitment of the Punjab Police to continue supporting the families of these martyrs and ensuring their well-being.
