Islamabad: The Islamabad Police, under the directive of Inspector General of Police (IGP) Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi, is ensuring a fair and transparent recruitment process for new personnel. The initial physical tests are being conducted with an emphasis on merit-based evaluations, as per the IGP’s instructions, to provide equal opportunities for all candidates.

According to Islamabad Capital Police, IGP Rizvi has instructed officials to uphold transparency, impartiality, and adherence to legal standards throughout the recruitment process. The IGP emphasized that no recommendations or undue influences will be tolerated, ensuring a modern, transparent mechanism for every stage of recruitment.

In addition to transparency, the IGP has mandated that security, traffic management, medical assistance, clean drinking water, shaded waiting areas, and other essential facilities be made available to candidates during the tests. The goal is to facilitate the candidates and maintain discipline, professionalism, and courtesy throughout the process.

IGP Rizvi stated that the recruitment drive aims to induct competent, talented, and physically fit individuals into the force. He reiterated that the process is being conducted with strict adherence to merit, thereby reinforcing public confidence in the institution.
