Helicopter Crash in Pune, Maharashtra Results in Three Fatalities

Pune: A tragic helicopter crash occurred yesterday morning in Pune, resulting in the deaths of two pilots and an engineer. The helicopter, owned by Delhi-based Heritage Aviation, was en route from Oxford County Golf Course to Juhu, Mumbai, when it encountered difficulties and crashed in a hilly area near Bavdhan.

According to Kashmir Media Service, the crash site was engulfed in flames shortly after the incident at 7:40 am. The helicopter had previously been used by Lok Sabha member and NCP state president Sunil Tatkare, who had traveled in it the day before from Mumbai to Raigad. The deceased have been identified as pilots Girish Kumar and Pritam Singh Bhardwaj, and engineer Paramjeet Singh.
