Hajj Arrangements Progressing Efficiently, Says Minister Yousuf


RIYADH: Minister for Religious Affairs, Sardar Muhammad Yousuf, has announced that preparations for this year’s Hajj are advancing efficiently, ensuring no additional costs are incurred.



According to Radio Pakistan, Yousuf shared these updates during an exclusive interview with PTV News in Riyadh. He highlighted that a total of 180,000 pilgrims are set to perform Hajj this year, comprising 120,000 under the government quota and 60,000 through private arrangements. The Minister assured that operations such as flights, accommodations, and transport will be conducted seamlessly to prioritize the comfort and safety of all pilgrims.



Yousuf stated that the ministry is committed to providing high-quality services, aiming to make this year’s Hajj a benchmark in management and facilities. He also acknowledged the collaborative relationship between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia, expressing gratitude for the host country’s support and arrangements for Pakistani pilgrims.
