Karachi, Sindh Governor Kamran Khan Tesori paid homage to the late Mufti Naeem and his invaluable contributions to religious education during the Khatam Al-Qur’an ceremony at Jamia Banuria Alamiya. The event was marked by his reflections on the significance of implementing Quranic teachings in daily life.
According to Sindh Governor House, Governor Tesori expressed gratitude for the invitation to the auspicious ceremony and lauded Mufti Naeem’s enduring legacy in the promotion of Islam. He emphasized the importance of not only reciting the Quran but also living by its precepts to ensure a harmonious balance between earthly life and the hereafter.
The Governor underscored his commitment to public welfare by citing initiatives like opening the doors of the Governor’s House to the public and offering free IT classes to over fifty thousand students. He concluded by highlighting the need for self-improvement as a precursor to societal change, echoing the Quranic message that Allah does not change the condition of a people until they change themselves.
