SKARDU: Minister for Kashmir Affairs and Gilgit-Baltistan Amir Muqam emphasized the government’s commitment to the development of Gilgit-Baltistan, marking it as a top priority. His remarks were made during a ceremony for the Prime Minister’s Laptop Scheme at the University of Baltistan.
According to Radio Pakistan, Muqam highlighted ongoing initiatives in the region, including the construction of roads, solarization projects, and the establishment of Danish Schools. He stressed the importance of these projects in fostering regional growth and development.
During his address, Muqam encouraged students to leverage the laptops provided through the scheme as tools for achieving success. The initiative aims to enhance educational opportunities and equip students with the necessary resources for their academic pursuits.
