Islamabad: The government has announced a revision of petroleum product prices for the upcoming week, effective immediately. The adjustments include a significant increase in the cost of high-speed diesel and petrol, impacting consumers nationwide.
According to a press release from the Ministry of Energy, the price of high-speed diesel has risen by 15 rupees per liter, bringing the new price to 414.58 rupees. Additionally, the price of petrol has increased by 14.92 rupees per liter, setting the new price at 414.78 rupees. The changes are set to last for one week, reflecting the government’s ongoing response to fluctuating global oil markets.
