ISLAMABAD: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Sohail Afridi met with Finance Minister Muhammad Aurangzeb on Wednesday to discuss the economic and financial issues facing the province. During the meeting, Finance Minister Aurangzeb assured Chief Minister Afridi of his full support in resolving these challenges and reaffirmed the federal government’s commitment to assisting provincial governments.
According to Radio Pakistan, the meeting was conducted in a cordial and constructive manner. Chief Minister Afridi apprised the Finance Minister of the various financial difficulties Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is experiencing. In response, Finance Minister Aurangzeb pledged to facilitate the province in addressing its legitimate financial concerns, highlighting the federal government’s dedication to supporting provincial administrations in overcoming economic hurdles.
