Federal Interior Minister Visits NADRA Center in Islamabad, Notes Improved Service and Efficiency

Islamabad, Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi conducted a surprise inspection of the NADRA Center Shimla Pahari today, observing the facility’s enhanced services and streamlined operations. The visit highlighted a significant decrease in waiting times and positive feedback from citizens regarding the expedited processing of identity cards and other documents.

According to Press Information Department, Minister Naqvi engaged directly with citizens at various service counters to gather feedback on their experiences. His discussions revealed a general appreciation for the improvements, particularly the reduced delays. The Minister also took the opportunity to issue new directives aimed at further enhancing the center’s performance.

During his tour, Minister Naqvi praised the efforts of the shift in-charge and the staff, noting the considerable progress made since his last visit, which had identified several areas needing improvement. The citizens present expressed their gratitude for the changes, which have markedly improved the efficiency of services. Minister Naqvi reassured them that additional steps would be implemented to further improve the service delivery at the center.
