Islamabad: In an effort to provide assistance to taxpayers, the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has instructed that all Large Taxpayers’ Offices, Medium Taxpayers’ Offices, Corporate Tax Offices, and Regional Tax Offices will remain open over the weekend on May 23 and 24, 2026. These offices will treat these days as regular working days to ensure the collection of duties and taxes.
According to Press Information Department, the decision to keep the tax offices open aims to facilitate taxpayers by offering additional opportunities to fulfill their tax-related obligations. This measure is part of FBR’s ongoing efforts to streamline tax collection processes and enhance taxpayer services.
